Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New York.
• Prior experience in long-term care or sub-acute care preferred (new graduates welcome!).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

Education

Current RN license in the state of New York
