Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a part-time Concierge at the Beaverton, OR community. You will greet residents, answer calls, assist visitors, and help maintain safety and smooth operations within the community.

The role emphasizes kindness, teamwork, and multitasking while delivering excellent resident service and administrative support. Night or weekend shifts may be possible, with a comprehensive benefits plan for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Proficient computer skills; Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
• Compassionate, professional, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity to help ensure resident safety.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive, deliver or hold packages and medications as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out logs for keys and passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident/family/employee concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
