Job summary

PMP Professionals LLC is seeking a motivated Resident Service Associate for The Lofts at Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves welcoming residents, managing access and communications, and supporting on-site operations at a historic building.

You will interface with residents, vendors, and the Association Board, handling package management, newsletters, and timely updates while maintaining a high standard of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with hospitality-like service.
• Interface with residents and guests to address questions and requests promptly.
• Serve as primary layer for access control and key management.
• Assist with homeowner and tenant package management.
• Coordinate communications to members via newsletters, email, mail, etc.
