Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a compassionate Resident Concierge (CNA) to help residents with transportation to appointments and outings, assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and provide attentive, safe care. You will also help label laundry and support resident care while keeping the van clean and well-maintained.

This full-time role requires an active Tennessee CNA certification and CPR/BLS, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess active TN CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and other scheduled trips.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the facility van.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests.
• Assist labeling laundry and/or other items.
• Perform CNA duties as needed while supporting resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
