Cresten Capital Holdings is seeking a Collections Agent to manage resident account delinquencies across its multifamily portfolio. You will work with property management, accounting, and leadership to reduce balances and improve collection rates while providing timely follow-up on past-due accounts.

The role also supports administrative tasks, move-out and bad debt processes, and collaboration with third‑party agencies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related fields preferred.
• Familiar with property management software (AppFolio) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor delinquent resident accounts and prioritize actions.
• Contact residents via phone, email, text, and other approved methods.
• Document all activity and payment arrangements in the system.
• Coordinate notices and eviction/collection processes with management and attorneys.
• Assist with move-out reconciliations and bad debt collections.
• Collaborate with property managers and leadership to standardize collection practices.
