The Resident Clinical Services Coordinator Assistant is responsible for managing the medical clinic, scheduling internal medical appointments, coordinating transportation for external appointments and providing support to Resident Clinical Services Coordinator as designated.
This position must be result oriented to ensure coordination of resident clinic scheduling and delivery of clinic services. The person in this role should always work in a manner consistent with Inglis Values and Standards of Excellence. To be successful, they must be mature, service oriented, an excellent team member and able to juggle multiple priorities with shifting agendas.
