Exciting Opportunity: Resident Clinical Services Coordinator Assistant

Location: 2600 Belmont Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131

The Resident Clinical Services Coordinator Assistant is responsible for managing the medical clinic, scheduling internal medical appointments, coordinating transportation for external appointments and providing support to Resident Clinical Services Coordinator as designated.

This position must be result oriented to ensure coordination of resident clinic scheduling and delivery of clinic services. The person in this role should always work in a manner consistent with Inglis Values and Standards of Excellence. What You'll Do

Resident Care Coordination Support:

  • Assist the Clinical reimbursement manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the clinical care of residents.
  • Ensure the completion of resident assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations.
  • Help manage appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers and specialists.
  • Coordinate and document medication management and treatments as directed by licensed staff.
Clinical Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including medical records, care plans, and reports.
  • Assist with compiling, reviewing, and submitting resident health data for regulatory reports, audits, and internal reviews.
  • Support tracking and reporting of incidents, health outcomes, and resident progress.
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with Federal HIPAA Regulation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field

preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical services environment.
  • Experience with medical terminology, resident care planning, and clinical documentation is preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Pay Rate: $20-$25/ hour
