Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a pastoral care resident to support the Mary Washington Hospital system. You will provide direct spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, and participate in the ACPE residency program as a student resident.

Role includes on-call coverage and collaboration with community clergy to facilitate care, with reporting to entity Managers as required. Training focuses on diverse patient needs and spiritual services within the health system.

Formación

• Theological training or equivalent per denomination.
• 1 unit of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work well with diverse groups.
• Ability to function in diverse health-system entities.

Responsabilidades

• Meet pastoral care needs as part of a team to support Mary Washington Hospital and the health system.
• Participate in the Accredited Clinical Pastoral Education residency program.
• Provide pastoral care to patients, residents, families, and staff.
• Provide on-call coverage as part of training and system needs.
• Deliver in-service education on pastoral care and spiritual programs.
