You will oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations and property safety, while coordinating with corporate support and maintaining compliance with HUD and housing laws.

The role demands 1–3 years in residential real estate, experience with property management software, and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of industry experience within residential real estate.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of 50-100 residential units.
• Knowledge of RealPage or similar property management software.
• Understanding of HUD/MFHA/affordable housing programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and coordinate leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local housing laws.
• Manage budgets, financial statements and collections strategies.
• Supervise staff, recruit and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspections and maintenance activities.
