SDK Apartments SM seeks a full-time Property Manager to oversee a 295-unit community in Wilmington, DE. Lead the team to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with multifamily housing regulations and delivering an exceptional living experience.

The role is onsite with no remote option, requiring a strong background in leasing, budgeting, and team leadership to drive resident satisfaction and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years in property management with 3+ years overseeing 250+ units in Delaware.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA.
• Experience with budgeting and financial statements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the property team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure on-site standards for safety, cleanliness and appearance.
• Oversee budgeting, rent setting, and rent collection.
• Prepare financial reports and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, renewals, and notices.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing/leasing strategies.
