Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for Summit Ridge, a 216-unit conventional community. You will oversee daily operations, lead onsite staff, and manage rent collection and expenses.

The role emphasizes strong sales, leasing performance, resident relations, inspections, and compliance with company procedures. Excellent communication and leadership are essential; bilingual skills are a plus. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or relocate.

Formación

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience (required).
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations for a 216-unit conventional community.
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Report key performance indexes, including financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics.
• Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses.
• Investigate and resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations with professionalism.
• Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections, including vacated units and community walk-throughs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and demonstrate strong organizational practices.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards.
