Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tampa, FL to handle maintenance requests, make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance and preventative tasks while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks, perform safety checks, repair HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and document work in Onesite. The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• High School Diploma preferred; certification from a trade school highly desired.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
