• Hands-on maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC.
• Availability to be on-call to address any emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and delivers high-quality maintenance service.
• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests.
• Maintains the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
