Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily or apartment setting.

• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facility management: daily walkthroughs and addressing malfunctions.
• Provide skilled maintenance solutions and service requests with quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and repair various equipment.
• Assist in managing parts expenses and reviewing costs before purchases.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance per schedules and protocols.
• Maintain essential records, data, and paperwork accurately.
• Deliver resident-focused service with empathy and responsiveness.
• Comply with safety regulations and handle chemicals safely.
