Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional to join Estancia Apartments in Tulsa, OK. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering outstanding service to residents and visitors.

You’ll work in a five-day schedule that includes Saturdays, with potential Sunday needs based on occupancy. Prior leasing or customer service experience is a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available in a stable, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leasing is a plus.
• Friendly, engaging, and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and follow through with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenities.
• Build relationships with prospects and follow up on interest.
• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Support onsite team in maintaining a welcoming community.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
