Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional at Sonoma Grande Apartments in Tulsa, OK. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase community amenities, helping create a great first impression.

You will manage applications and lease documentation, maintain accurate resident records, and provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents, supporting the onsite team in a welcoming, professional community.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents met when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
