Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional for Sonoma Grande Apartments in Tulsa, OK. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or leasing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to greet and assist visitors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities and available homes.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on interest.
• Assist with leasing process and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Support onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized community.
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
