Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management (a Carter Funds Company) is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome residents and prospects, conduct the leasing process, and coordinate move-in. The role emphasizes customer service, professional presentation, and adherence to Fair Housing standards.

You will review applications, verify income, and coordinate lease documentation while ensuring units are ready for occupancy. Prior property management or leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
