Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler or Food Worker Card/Certification preferred, as required by applicable state or local regulations.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, portioning, assembling, and serving meals according to menus and diet orders.
• Assemble resident meal trays accurately per tray tickets and diet cards.
• Deliver meals to residents in rooms or dining areas on schedule.
• Provide friendly, respectful assistance while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and report issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work and dining areas throughout the shift.
