Responsibilities

• Attractively prepare meals that are appealing and tasty and served at the right temperature per the menu and schedule.
• Prepare special limited diets per policy.
• Identify menu errors and make corrections; bring changes to Director of Culinary’s attention.
• Properly store, date, and rotate food per food handling guidelines.
• Follow kitchen cleaning schedule.
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Keep environment safe and clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Carry and possess a working knowledge of community paging system.
