Sagora Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Van Dorn in Lincoln, NE is seeking a friendly Part-time Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You’ll follow established recipes, monitor stock, maintain cleanliness, and help train culinary team members while delivering meals with courtesy and speed to residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
• ServSafe Certification and Food Handler permit required
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items
• Monitor stock
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage, and work areas
• Assist with training of Culinary team members
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation
• Serve meals to residents promptly and courteously
