Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to approved menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.
• Direct and assist other dietary team members with food preparation and meal service.
• Ensure meals are prepared, presented, and served safely, timely, and appealingly.
• Follow production procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitor food temperatures during preparation, storage, and serving.
• Support with food ordering, inventory, and documentation as assigned.
