Arrow Senior Living in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, support dining service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll help prep, reset tables, and assist residents during meals while staying active and friendly throughout shifts.

This role offers team camaraderie, growth opportunities and a structured benefits package. The position requires at least 16 years old, English proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and team.
• Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking; assist after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room.
• Mingle, entertain and foster an environment where residents connect.
• Prep tables and service areas; prepare salads and roll silverware.
• Bus tables and maintain a tidy dining area to support a great dining experience.
• Communicate observations about residents' appetite with supervisors.
