Qualifications

• Experience supervising healthcare staff and ensuring quality of care.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with state regulations and facility policies.
• Ability to develop and monitor budgets and operational plans.
• Track record of promoting resident-centered care and teamwork.
