Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an approved School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in long term care and resident care management preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with Administrator, Director of Nursing and others to ensure quality care.
• Engage with team to develop care plans and provide continuity of care.
• Administer scheduled medications timely with correct dosage; support survey readiness.
• Answer call lights and prioritize requests; ensure timely responses.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and supervisory skills.
• Know CMS/state regulations and SNF standards.
• Communicate effectively and document thoroughly.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
