Qualifications

• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System (EDS).
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients.
• Ensure all treatment aligns with established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Measure and record patient motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as needed.
• Complete documentation according to company policy and regulations.
