Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy to a diverse patient population, promoting mobility and independence. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include a graduate degree in Physical Therapy and an active Pennsylvania PT license. A minimum of 0 years’ experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License.
• 0+ years of experience in a physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
• Implement and deliver physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
