Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in assisted living communities. You will clean resident rooms, tenant apartments, bathrooms, and common areas while following SDS-based chemical usage and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include sanitation duties, laundry, and supporting infection control, with emphasis on privacy, dignity, and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred, especially in healthcare or assisted living environments.
• Able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings required by DHS standards.
• Willingness to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in resident/tenant rooms and common areas, including deep cleans.
• Follow safety protocols and sanitation standards; use chemicals per SDS.
• Launder and maintain community linens as needed.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs; participate in seasonal or project cleaning.
• Support infection control and respond to safety concerns.
