Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents in assisted living communities in Wisconsin.

You will perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, follow sanitation and safety protocols, and use cleaning chemicals per SDS.

This role requires physical stamina, English communication, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to dignity and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred, especially in healthcare or assisted living.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow sanitation procedures and SDS guidelines.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and comfort of residents.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with seasonal or project-based cleaning.
