Platinum Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environments within assisted living communities. The role covers routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, tenant apartments, bathrooms, and all common areas with strict adherence to sanitation procedures and SDS safety standards.

The position emphasizes safety, privacy, and respectful resident interactions while supporting a healthy, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in resident/tenant apartments and rooms, including deep cleans, carpet vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect common areas such as lobbies, dining rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Launder and maintain community linens as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and SDS guidelines for chemical usage.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Support infection control during illness outbreaks and seasonal cleaning.
