Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces to present the community well for residents and guests.
• Cleans residents' apartments weekly or as needed and interacts with residents in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Attends in-service trainings and contributes to safety and compliance in daily routines.
• Responds to resident emergencies per protocol and participates in disaster readiness as needed.
