Brookdale, a nationwide senior living company, is hiring for housekeeping roles in our Madison communities. The position involves cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing public and resident spaces, as well as weekly apartment cleaning and resident interaction to assist with directions and requests.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior housekeeping experience is a plus. The role includes training opportunities and the chance to work in a supportive, senior-focused environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and sanitize public and resident spaces.
• Clean residents' apartments weekly or as needed.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and provide directions as requested.
• Attend in-service trainings and on-the-job programs.
• Assist in emergencies and disaster-related tasks as needed.
