Brookdale Senior Living is hiring for housekeeping roles focused on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming senior living spaces. The position involves cleaning public areas and residents’ apartments, while engaging with residents in a respectful and supportive manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and discretion, with opportunities to participate in training programs and access a range of health, life, and retirement benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.

Mansioni

• Cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc.
• Cleans residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed; interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Performs basic cleaning tasks with attention to safety and privacy; follows procedures for hazardous cleaning supplies.
• Assists with in-service training and on-the-job programs as scheduled; responds to resident emergencies per protocol.
