Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support residents, staff, and visitors by performing daily cleaning tasks, following established sanitation procedures, and reporting safety concerns.

The role emphasizes respectful service and adherence to infection control policies. The position offers entry-level access with opportunities for training, career development, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follows procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent service.
• Other duties as assigned.
