Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe environments in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety guidelines, and interact positively with residents and staff.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this role. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
