Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to support a clean, safe community by performing room and common area cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining organized work areas. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and independence for residents, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least one year of relevant experience. Training will cover commercial cleaning methods and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms as assigned (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, bathrooms, etc.).
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.
• Interacts with residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
• Cleans office and other common areas on schedule or as designated by supervisor.
