Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms; following infection control procedures; reporting maintenance concerns; and assisting with room preparation for new admissions.

High school diploma preferred; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Healthcare facility housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, halls, dining areas, and common areas daily.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
• Disinfect restrooms and dispose of waste properly.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions and resident transfers.
• Follow infection control procedures and report safety hazards.
