Job summary

The Residence at Whitehall in Pennsylvania is seeking a Server to support dining room operations for our senior residents. You will serve meals, follow dietary standards, and help ensure a pleasant, efficient dining experience.

You’ll set up and deliver trays, take orders, bus tables, and collaborate with cooks and fellow dining staff. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and a respectful, compassionate approach to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers or follows written and oral directions.
• Take orders and serve food in appropriate fashion.
• Bus tables and trays in the dining room and other areas as necessary.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
• Maintain neat, clean appearance and dress code as directed by staff.
• Work scheduled shifts and demonstrate dependability.
