Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers or follows written and oral directions.
• Communicate with residents and relate well to the community.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
• Take orders and serve food in proper manner.
• Set-up and deliver trays as requested by chef/cook.
• Bus tables and trays in dining areas.
• Pour and cover beverages, assist in food prep as needed.
• Care for kitchen and dining room equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas as directed.
• Work steadily to meet kitchen and resident demands.
• Collaborate with dining room team for smooth service.
• Understand and explain the menu to residents.
• Act as liaison between residents and food service.
• Follow infection control procedures in food service.
• Respect residents' rights policies at all times.
• Follow facility safety program.
• Present a neat appearance per dress code.
• Be dependable on scheduled shifts and tasks.
• Willing to perform other duties as required.
