Job summary

Arvum Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking PRN Certified Nurse’s Aide staff for night and day 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM).

You’ll assist residents with activities of daily living, maintain cleanliness and safety, and promote independence while delivering compassionate care. This role values reliability, strong communication, and teamwork; EOE.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
