Qualifications

• Direct resident care and companionship experience a plus.
• Ability to assist with daily activities and personal care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive quality interactions to residents focused on their interests and quality of life
• Assist nurse with managing, treating, and responding to resident care needs
• Assist residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Assist residents with mobility including lifting, positioning, and transporting
• Answer resident calls in a timely manner
• Assist residents with daily meals and feeding
• Observe residents and note changes in condition and concerns with supervisor
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality
