Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide person-centered care to residents in Westover. You will support daily activities, assist with hygiene, meals, and mobility, and respond promptly to calls, while fostering dignity and independence.

The role offers part-time hours (2 days per week, 6:30 am–3:00 pm) with every other weekend rotation and a starting pay of $16.00/hour, based on experience. Join a caring team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident care or CNA/STNA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive quality interactions to residents tailored to their interests and quality of life.
• Assist nurse with managing, treating, and responding to resident care needs.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Aid residents with mobility including lifting, positioning, and transporting.
• Answer resident calls promptly.
• Assist with daily meals and feeding.
• Observe residents and report changes to supervisor.
• Come to work as scheduled and be dependable and punctual.
