Leisure Care is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our team in a full-time role. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and support light housekeeping and personal care. Training is provided for med administration and you will work a Tue-Sat shift from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA or experienced Resident Care Aide preferred.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care)
• Assistance with medications (training provided).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
• Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
