Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents in our community. You will provide consistent, quality care and assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities, ensuring a safe, respectful environment. You will join a compassionate team in a role that emphasizes dignity and well-being for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with the elderly in residential or long-term care is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass tests (CPR, First Aid, Food Handler, etc.) if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation, social activities, and personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and coordinate care with the team.
• Assist in dining room during meals.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings and assist as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in resident rooms and community areas.
