Legend Senior Living® is seeking compassionate Caregiver/Resident Assistants to join our nursing team and assist residents with activities of daily living. You will contribute to a warm, respectful environment while delivering personal care, meals, and social engagement.

High emphasis on teamwork and clear communication with health care staff; flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. We value associates with prior experience in similar roles and offer a range of benefits and career

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Communicating clearly with other staff about urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
