Sinceri Senior Living currently seeks a Resident Assistant to join our community. This part-time, on-site role focuses on delivering compassionate daily care and support to residents, with emphasis on ADLs, social engagement, and safe handling throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and prior elder-care experience. The position includes a 3rd shift differential and benefits detailed by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and mobility.
• Engage residents in conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and provide or obtain assistance as necessary.
• Assist in dining room during meal times.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activities and outings and assist as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness of the community and tidying resident rooms daily.
• Assist with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
