Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Resident Assistant at Meadows on Fairview Assisted Living in Wyoming, MN. You will provide personal care and support to residents, helping with daily activities and health-related services to promote well-being.

The role includes day/evening/overnight shifts and requires availability to pick up three shifts monthly, including weekends. We value compassionate, reliable team players and offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to use computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on MN NAR registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares (bathing, foot/nail care).
• Assist with meal service in dining room.
• Assist with preparing for and facilitating resident social/rec activities.
• Observe residents and report status to staff.
• Notify staff of changes in physical or emotional conditions.
• Serve as a mandated reporter for potential mistreatment.
• Respond to resident and building emergencies.
