Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct services care personnel; in the absence of the QIDP or another supervisor, acts as backup supervisor.
• Allocates staff to meet workload and assigns job duties; evaluates performance and provides feedback; initiates corrective action.
• Maintains safe, clean cottages and a calm campus environment; trains and orients new staff; ensures IPP participation.
• Monitors IPP implementation and resident response; attends planning IPP meetings and helps develop the IPP.
• Ensures staff use proper training techniques and safety procedures; handles emergencies and completes required reports.
