An established state-run facility seeks a Resident Care Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Work hours are: Second Shift -2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, or Third Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. All shifts required to work every other weekend.
SWC is a state run, licensed and certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IDD). SWC provides a wide variety of programs and services designed to assist and prepare individuals to live successfully in the setting that best meets their needs. Located in southern Wisconsin in Union Grove, SWC brings together a rich history of providing exceptional services and state of the art treatment approaches for the new millennium. Union Grove is a growing community with small town charm and easy access to Milwaukee and Chicago.

We are looking for individuals that can multi-task the dynamic workload at SWC.
The starting salary is between $34.61 and $35.68 per hour (approximately between $71,900 and $74,200 per year), depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
Pay for current or former state employees will be set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. The Resident Care Supervisor is in pay schedule and range 81/04.
