Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with patience.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled residents.
• Comply with Resident Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform work tasks within physical demands.
• Perform essential duties as outlined above.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output.
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
• Observe changes and report to charge nurse.
• Assist in meal prep and hydration for residents.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Support plan of care development with nurses.
