Westbrooke Manor seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as directed by a supervisor and care plans.

You will participate in facility-wide tasks, follow policies, and help maintain a warm, safe environment while reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse. Requires strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care and services.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to residents’ age-related needs.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Follow facility policies and protect residents’ health information.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transport within the facility.
• Maintain clean and safe living and work areas for residents.
